On February 18, 2011, Mr. Axelrod had a client who blew a .29 (over 3 times the alleged legal limit) on the breathalyzer and had a DUI charge with Horry County. Mr. Axelrod was able to negotiate a favorable resolution of reckless driving for the client and the DUI charge was expunged.
